Kira Hibbert is the Program Manager for LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors. In her current role she manages LOCUS’s technical assistance, including the Attainable Housing and Social Equity Initiative, the National Brownfields Coalition, Membership and LOCUS LinkUps that facilitate smart growth deal-making opportunities between local leaders and real estate developers and investors. Kira also provides technical support to TOD Finance and Advisors, Inc., a for-profit subsidiary of Smart Growth America.
Prior to joining Smart Growth America, Kira was a Research Assistant at the Penn Institute for Urban Research, where she worked on several grant-funded projects demonstrating technical and market solutions to boost energy efficiency for small- and medium-sized buildings nationwide.
