Tola Myczkowska is the Program Associate for LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors. In her current role, she manages LOCUS’ technical assistance and Opportunity Zones programs, as well as other real estate policy, advocacy, and research projects.
Prior to joining LOCUS at Smart Growth America, Tola worked on transportation security at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She has also worked as an international anti-poverty advocate and refugee resettlement coordinator. Tola holds a Bachelors in Urban and Regional Studies and International Relations from Cornell University.
