This report, conducted by LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors, a coalition of Smart Growth America, in conjunction with The George Washington University’s Center for Real Estate & Urban Analysis, identifies each metro’s walkable urban places, or WalkUPs, and ranks the top 30 U.S. metropolitan areas based on their current and future commercial real estate metrics. In addition to the report release, LOCUS President Chris Leinberger will host a panel discussion with national leaders from the public and private sectors including Emerick Corsi, President of Forest City Real Estate Service and Jacque Robinson, Vice-Mayor of Pasadena, California.
