Victoria is a Program Associate with LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors. She provides policy and communications support for the LOCUS team at Smart Growth America. She writes content for the LOCUS blog and social media and conducts research and analysis on smart growth tools.
Prior to joining SGA, Victoria obtained her B.S. in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University which jumpstarted her interest in human settlements, community development, and international planning. In 2019, Victoria completed her M.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University where she concentrated her studies on community mobilization and housing policy. She has researched and studied urban development, informal settlements, and economic development in Australia, China, and Brazil.
