LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors is pleased to announce its latest LOCUS LinkUp, Pathways to Opportunity—a four-part, virtual series of networking and dealmaking events for responsible real estate developers and social impact investors interested in learning more about real estate project and business investment opportunities in Chicagoland’s Opportunity Zones.
Pathways to Opportunity will be hosted in partnership with the Chicagoland Opportunity Zones Consortium as part of its ongoing participation in LOCUS’ National Opportunity Zones Academy.
LOCUS LinkUps are networking and dealmaking events that bring together developers, investors, and local leaders and elected officials who are passionate about equity, opportunity, and smart growth in diverse communities. Structured as private networking events, LinkUps feature local officials sharing information about their community’s project opportunities, real estate markets, and development programs and incentives with a national audience of developers and investors. The ultimate goal of a LOCUS LinkUp is to match participants with project opportunities that they can be a part of.
