This year we are excited to host Anita Cozart as our featured speaker. Anita Cozart, founder and former chair of the Transportation Equity Caucus, is an expert in equitable development, community planning, and transportation equity. As a managing director at PolicyLink, she led place-based, equitable development initiatives in cities across the United States. She also teaches in the Urban & Regional Planning graduate program at Georgetown University and serves on the boards of Jobs to Move America, Shared Use Mobility Center, and Smart Growth America.
