Transit systems are adjusting to shifts in funding and rider preferences, as well as how the built environment will support workers, travelers, and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. LOCUS President Jair Lynch and other panelists summarized how local communities can utilize federal resources to advance equitable transit-oriented development and how towns can plan for new transit and mobility infrastructure.
